"Shopping with them is such a nightmare…"
Shopping with them is such a nightmare and an unpleasant experience.They don’t care about their customers. My Superbalist order is stuck somewhere and they are not willing to assist. I contacted them a multiple times and still the matter is not resolved. I placed my order on the 30th and immediately after I realized I forgot to update my new contact details. I contact them and they told me that it has been resolved. I was supposed to get my order on the 08th but they changed it to the 11th. Later on the scheduled delivery date I tried tracking it only to find out the driver had to return with it cause they couldn’t reach me. I contact them and again I was told that the matter has been resolved. I was supposed to get my order on the 12th but still nothing. I sent multiple emails and they are no longer replying. At this point I just want my refund from them.

"SUPERBALIST STOLE MY RETURNS AND MONEY!!!"
I wish can rate Superbalist zero stars. Please read on to see why NOT to purchase from Superbalist.com

I want to make the public aware that Superbalist are capable of stealing your returned items and your refund money! They have done it to me.

They service is pathetic and unethical and they haven't responded to my emails. They are basically guilty and are ghosting me which is my reason for posting on all review sites - hoping they see it and respond.

They process is extremely flawed. I logged a return for 2 identical items (dresses) online as they had slight defects. I, 100% packaged BOTH the items in a box and the driver collected the parcel. Eventually I was refunded for only one of the items! I was initially patient as I thought it was an innocent mistake... and boy! was I wrong!

Superbalist is now claiming that I only sent 1 item to them instead of 2 items which is a blatant lie.

Firstly, the items was defective -why would I log a return for 2 items and only send back one?
Secondly, the app system shows that the max amount of returns was logged as I cannot process another return on the item. If I had one item with me the system would have allowed me to create another return.
Thirdly, upon logging the returns on the defective items, I immediately created a new order on the last 2 items which were in stock so that they do not get sold out. why would I order another 2 immediately if not to replace the damaged items?

Yet, they claim I only returned 1 item even though I sent back both items.

I have suggested that we conduct a lie detector test to prove my return was stolen by their own staff/driver, or a test with myself included to prove both items were sent back on my side.

Currently they have both the items and my money and refuse to give back either, therefore Superbalist have stolen from me, one of their most loyal customers.
A few weeks back I would have highly recommended them as I never had an issue until experiencing how they deal with their errors. They don't aim to resolve or take accountability when they are wrong even when you prove it. They simply remain silent and keep your money and items and dissappear with no responses.

I have received the new order, I'm keeping one of the dresses and the other is not up to standard so I'm absolutely dreading another return with superbalist.
What if they steal the item and my money again?

I will update here on my return for the new order if any further theft occurs.

I'm hoping they refund me what is rightfully due to me for the lost item. As of right now they have my money and the items.

Imaging Superbalist just taking your R420 because they lost your returns in their possession and then denying that they received both, just because they can... it is extremely frustrating, infuriating and disappointing to pay for something that Superbalist lost.

I read a lot of the other reviews here and on other sites, clearly there is a trend in the issues with superbalist refunds.

I recommend using reliable sites that have staff who have honesty and integrity qualities to avoid getting robbed by sites such as Superbalist.com when you least expect it. I've spent hours fighting for what is rightfully mine and they simply don't give a crap that they have stolen my money and the items!

Absolutely terrible to deal with. I placed an order and paid for an order which i needed urgently and it was fairly expensive and they randomly just canceled my order with no reason at all. I highly do not recommend anyone shopping or using Superbalist at all for any orders. Their customers service and the way they go about business is shocking!

I used to praise superbalist but no Thank you , I will rather much purchase from Zando and Shein and will advise everyone else against superbalist too. You keep cancelling my orders due to YOUR INVENTORY ERRORS!!!!! im so sick of it honestly!!! Im so done with superbalist HUGE DISSAPOINTMENTS and FYI that 10% discount code to say sorry is just as useless!!! Same dissapointments diffrent days!!! Support other online businesses instead

"MONEY HUNGRY NO STOCK"
I don't have a subject for this review as I'm extremely upset that my order was cancelled twice without notice (see attached)
What upsets me even more is that I called into the call centre yesterday spoke to Abdush @16:45 who advised me that the stock for my order wasn't received at the time of placing my order and further advised me that I should place another order with the promo code he provided me with via email as the stock was now available. I did just that, placed another order paid again and now you cancelled my order yet again!!!
What is the problem? I paid more the 2nd time around as the price had now increased now you are sitting with two sets of my hard earned money and I have no dress for a function this weekend! How do I wave my magic wand now and buy another dress now with what money!

Get your act together and remove the item from your website/app if it's NOT FOR SALE instead of wasting my time and my money!

I've been a loyal customer since November 2015, but clearly loyalty means nothing and your customer service sucks! A phone call or an email would suffice informing me of any problems with my order but that was too much to ask...

I'm so done, removing your app from my phone with immediate effect. You don't even deserve the 1star rating there should be a ZERO!

"NEVER HAVE STOCK!"
Superbalist is such a let down! Second time I have purchased something and it gets cancelled because they have no stock, but when I return to that item it shows still in stock! The first time was exactly the same! I do not understand how this keeps happening. Will never order from them again, every time is a disappointment! And then you send me a 10% coupon for my next purchase, please - as if I will make that mistake for a third time. 😡🤬😡🤬😡

Superbalist is such a let down! Second time I have purchased something and it gets cancelled because they have no stock, but when I return to that item it shows still in stock! The first time was exactly the same! I do not understand how this keeps happening. Will never order from them again, every time is a disappointment!
